Welcome to the Austin Law Office. My practice is focused on wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements, and other estate planning techniques. I also handle probate matters.

I have written wills for all kinds of clients, including single parents, married couples, and unmarried couples, both gay and straight.

I live and work on Madison’s eastside and I am a homeowner, father, member of the Willy Street Co-op and the Marquette Neighborhood Association, and an active member of other community groups.

Everybody should have a will, regardless of their age. Parents of children under age 18 should definitely have one. A parent's will is not about distributing property; its purpose is to take care of children in the best possible way after a parent's death.
